Booking Terms & Conditions
* We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance to cover unforseen circumstances preventing you from taking your holidays as planned.
Booking
- 20% deposit is required to secure booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival date.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the balance.
- Cancellations made 2-6 weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of the balance.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive no refund.
Changes
Requests for changes in arrival date or period of stay must be made by letter or acknowledged email.
Arrival Date:
- Changes made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival - no charge.
- While we will endeavour to accommodate our guests, significant changes made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival may be treated as a cancellation.
Period of Stay: If you wish to shorten your period of stay the following charges apply:
- Changes made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
- Changes made 2-6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of the difference
- Changes made less than 2 week pior to arrival - 100% of the difference.
